Do you only work with families?

Families are my primary focus, but I do assist couples, groups, and multigenerational travelers as well — especially when visiting Disney, cruising, or planning resort getaways.

What does “full-service planning” include?

Full-service planning means I assist with every detail of your trip, including:

How much do your services cost?

In most cases, my vacation planning services are complimentary.

I’m paid by travel suppliers — such as Disney, cruise lines, and resorts — once your trip is booked and completed.

You receive expert guidance, support, and planning services at no additional cost compared to booking on your own.

Do you charge planning fees?

As of right now, I do not charge planning fees on vacations planned with me as long as the vacation meets the minimum requirement of the vacation provider for my fee to be covered. I do not plan to charge fees, we will just be unable to work together.

How do I get started?

Simply fill out my vacation planning form.

From there, I’ll review your details and begin designing personalized recommendations tailored to your family’s needs, travel dates, and budget.

What happens after I submit the form?

After submission:

Can you book a trip if I’ve already started planning?

Yes — absolutely.

Whether you’re early in the planning process or already have ideas in mind, I can step in to guide recommendations, refine details, and handle bookings moving forward.

Can I transfer an existing reservation to you?

In many cases, yes.

If you booked directly with Disney, a cruise line, or a resort recently, your reservation may be transferable so I can manage the planning and support moving forward.

Planning Timeline

How far in advance should I start planning?

Ideally:

Disney & cruises → 6–12 months in advance

All-inclusive resorts → 6–9 months

Peak travel seasons → As early as possible

Planning early provides the best resort availability, pricing, and dining access.

Do you help with last-minute trips?

Yes — depending on availability.

While advanced planning offers the most options, I can still assist with shorter planning windows when space allows.

Will you help me while I’m traveling?

Yes.

I remain available before and during your trip to assist with:

Do you monitor promotions after I book?

Yes.

If new promotions become available that apply to your reservation, I review them and apply savings when possible.

Do you book flights?

Flight booking assistance varies by package and destination.

I’m happy to guide flight timing and recommendations, and in many cases can include flights within your vacation package.

Do you help with travel insurance?

Yes — in fact I'm required by law to offer every client the option of purchasing Travel Insurance.
